The author studies a Hartree-Fock equation coupled with a classical nuclear dynamics, that models a Helium atom composed of one nucleus and two electrons. The solution of this problem is the wave function of the electron, coupled with the position of the nucleus, that follows classical Newtonian dynamics. The author proves the existence and the regularity of solutions to the initial value problem in an appropriate class of functions. The main technical ingredients of the proofs are semi-group techniques and a Schauder fixed point theorem.
