    The authors show that two polynominals in \(n\neq 3\) variables with isolated singularities are topologically equivalent if one can be deformed into the other through a continuous family of polynomial functions with isolated singularities such that the degree, the number of vanishing cycles, and the number of atypical values remain constant.
