The authors study some differential-geometric and topological structures related to the Delsarte transmutations of multi-dimensional differential operators in Hilbert spaces. On the base of naturally defined de Rham-Hodge-Skrypnik differential complex, they establish the relationships with spectral theory and special Berezansky-type congruence properties of the Delsarte transmuted operators. Some applications are given to multi-dimensional differential operators which include three-dimensional Laplacian, two-dimensional classical Dirac operator and its multi-dimensional affine extension, related to self-dual Yang-Mills equations. Soliton-like solutions are also discussed to the related set of nonlinear dynamical systems.
