The paper deals with the Lebesgue and Morrey regularity of solutions to the Dirichlet problems for linear second-order, uniformly elliptic equations both in divergence form \[ Mu\equiv -(a_{ij}u_{x_i}+b_ju)_{x_j} +c_ju_{x_j}+du=e+(f_j)_{x_j}, \] and in non-divergence form \[ Lu\equiv a_{ij}u_{x_ix_j}+b_iu_{x_i} +cu=f. \] The principal coefficients \(a_{ij}\) are supposed to belong to the Sarason class VMO of functions with vanishing mean oscillation, while the lower-order coefficients own suitable Lebesgue integrability. Results on regularity (interior and global) of solutions to Dirichlet's problems for operators \(M_0u\equiv -(a_{ij}u_{x_i})_{x_j}\) and \(L_0u\equiv a_{ij}u_{x_ix_j}\) with \(a_{ij}\in\) VMO, are very well known since more than 10 years, see \textit{F. Chiarenza, M. Frasca, P. Longo} [Ric. Mat. 40, No. 1, 149--168 (1991; Zbl 0772.35017)], \textit{F. Chiarenza, M. Frasca, P. Longo} [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 336, No. 2, 841--853 (1993; Zbl 0818.35023)], \textit{G. Di Fazio, M.A. Ragusa} [J. Funct. Anal. 112, No. 2, 241--256 (1993; Zbl 0822.35036)], \textit{G. Di Fazio} [Boll. Unione Mat. Ital., VII. Ser., A 10, No. 2, 409--420 (1996; Zbl 0822.35036)], \textit{G. Di Fazio, D.K. Palagachev, M.A. Ragusa} [J. Funct. Anal. 166, No. 2, 179--196 (1999; Zbl 0865.35048)]. Reviewer's remark: Adding to \(M_0\) and \(L_0\) low-order terms taken from suitable \(L^p\)-spaces is a trivial trick which does not produce new results. Therefore, the reader of the paper under review should be aware of finding nothing new in contrast to the above mentioned articles.
