Extensions of the critical theorem (Q2581403)

The author of the article under review proves a generic form of the Crapo-Rota's critical theorem. Applications are a generalization of a theorem of Greene describing how the weight enumerator of a linear code is determined by the Tutte polynomial of the associated vector matroid and a generalization of the well-known Mac Williams identity for linear codes
