    Let \(k\) be a field of characteristic \(\neq 2\). For an integer \(n\geq 2\) let \(Q=(q_{ij})_{i,j}\) and \(C=(c_{ij})_{i,j}\) be \(n\times n\) matrices with entries in \(k\) such that \(q_{ii}=1\), \(q_{ji}=q_{ij}^{-1}\), \(c_{ii}=0\) and \(c_{ji}=-q_{ji}c_{ij}\) for any \(i\) and \(j\). Let \(s\) be an integer with \(1\leq s\leq n\), and let \(\Omega=t_1^2+\ldots +t_s^2\) be an element in the free algebra \(k\langle t_1,\ldots ,t_n\rangle\). The authors consider the quadratic algebra \(A(Q,C,s)\), which is the quotient algebra of \(k\langle t_1,\ldots ,t_n\rangle\) modulo the ideal generated by all the elements \(t_jt_i-q_{ij}t_it_j-c_{ij}\Omega\), with \(1\leq i,j\leq n\). The aim of the paper is to show that under certain conditions \(A(Q,C,s)\) is Koszul, Artin-Schelter regular, strongly Noetherian, Cohen-Macaulay, and Auslander regular of global dimension \(n\). An explicit formula of the Nakayama automorphism of \(A(Q,C,s)\) is also given under the same conditions.
