The author's main aim is to generalize a result of \textit{L. A. Hügel} et al. [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 366, No. 7, 3487--3517 (2014; Zbl 1291.13018)] to arbitrary commutative rings by showing that there is a one-to-one correspondence between 1-tilting classes and Thomason subsets of \(\mathrm{Spec}(R)\) that avoid primes ``associated'' to \(R\) in certain sense. However, they show that their result generalizes some works of others also. In the first two sections, the author defines basic notations and discuss brief introduction about their problems. In the rest of three sections, they investigate Ttilting and cofinite-type cotilting classes, tilting modules and perfect localizations.
