Recently, the authors [J. Contemp. Math. Anal. Armen. Acad. Sci. 49, No. 6, 309--320 (2014; Zbl 1335.42034)] defined general Franklin systems on \( \mathbb{R} \). Here, they introduce the notion of general Franklin system with vanishing integrals and give necessary and sufficient conditions for these systems to be bases in the Hardy space \( H^1(\mathbb{R}) \).
