In Section 2, the author provides a description of the self-adjoint extensions of the Laplace operator defined on \(H^{2}(\Omega) \cap H^{1}_{0} (\Omega)\) for \(\Omega\) a ``planar open bounded curvilinear polygon (cusp points are not allowed) which coincides with a planar polygon in the neighbourhood of any (eventually) non-convex corner.'' Next, a Krein resolvent formula for \(n\) point perturbations of the Friedrichs-Dirichlet Laplacian (\(n\) is the number of non-convex corners of the domain \(\Omega\)) is obtained and the author proves that any self-adjoint extension provided in Section 2 is the limit in the norm resolvent sense of a sequence of such perturbations.
