Submanifolds in differentiable manifolds endowed with differential- geometric structures. VI: CR-submanifolds in a manifold of almost-contact structure (Q2640162)

[For part V, see the review above.] \textit{A. Bejancu} and \textit{N. Papaghiuc} [Bull. Inst. Politeh. Iasi, Sect. I 26(30), 45-52 (1980; Zbl 0481.53043)] have introduced the notion of semi-invariant submanifold of an almost contact metric manifold, such that invariant and anti-invariant submanifolds are particular cases. Later on a lot of papers have dealt with semi-invariant submanifolds of some special classes of almost contact metric manifolds. The present one is a survey on this subject. The notion of \(CR_{\gamma (\delta)}\)- submanifold in almost contact manifolds which is given here, provides a generalization of the notion of a semi-invariant submanifold (called also CR-submanifold) in almost contact metric manifolds.
