This paper is a continuation of the authors' preceding paper [J. Geom. Phys. 57, No.~2, 691--727 (2007; Zbl 1114.53014)] and modifies the bundle theory which was studied by \textit{C. Roberts} [Differ. Geom. Appl. 5, No.~3, 237--255 (1995; Zbl 0833.53023)]. The first four sections are devoted to details on the transformations of pull-back bundles, sprays, Berwald connection and affine transformations of Berwald connections. An affine transformations is a fibred diffeomorphism of \(TM\) which preserved parallelism with respect to the Berwald connection derived from the spray \(S\) on \(M\). In Sections 5--8 questions of existence of the bijection are studied, i.e., there exists a one to one correspondence between projective transformations of the spray and the affine transformations of the Berwald-Thomas-Whitehead connection (briefly BTW-connection). In the last section, \textit{Z. Shen}'s example from the book [Differential geometry of spray and Finsler spaces. Dordrecht: Kluwer (2001; Zbl 1009.53004)] is presented, which is a good example of non-affine spray. The coefficients of S of this paper should be read \(S = u\frac{\partial}{\partial x} + v\frac{\partial}{\partial y} +\sqrt{u^{2} + v^{2}} (v\frac{\partial}{\partial u} - u\frac{\partial}{\partial v})\).
