Estimate of the second term in the spectral asymptotic of Cauchy transform (Q2642072)

It is well known that the problem of estimating the second term in the spectral asymptotics of integral operators is difficult and depends essentially on the structure of their kernels. If the kernel has a singularity the problem is much more harder. In this paper the author gives the exact growth estimate of the remainder in the spectral asymptotic of Cauchy's transform that appears in analysis. The author also provides some interesting open problems associated with the Cauchy operator.
