Lifting automorphisms along regular covering projections is an important tool in studying symmetry properties of graphs. A covering projection \(\mathfrak p\) is vertex-transitive (edge-transitive) if some vertex-transitive (edge-transitive) subgroup of the automorphism group of the graph lifts along \(\mathfrak p\), and it is semisymmetric if it is edge- but not vertex-transitive. In this paper, all pairwise nonisomorphic minimal semisymmetric elementary Abelian regular coverings of the Möbius-Kantor graph (the generalized Petersen graph \(\text{GP}(8,3)\)) are constructed. No such covering projections exist for elementary abelian 2-groups. In all other cases the number of covering projections is determined and for each such covering problem the voltage rules generating the corresponding covers are displayed explicitly.
