The authors study transonic shock solutions in de Laval nozzles with conic diverging part for 3-D compressible steady (i.e., time-independent) Euler system. The nozzle has smooth converging part and conic diverging part. The existence and stability of the unique transonic shock solution is proved under some assumptions about the exit axial-symmetric pressure. No assumptions about the angle of the divergent part of the nozzle is made.
