The author proves the existence of an analytic solution and obtains this analytic solution for the following systems of nonlinear difference equations \[ \begin{cases} x( t+1) & =X( x( t) ,y( t) ) \\ y( t+1) & =Y( x( t) ,y( t) ) \end{cases} \] where \[ \begin{aligned} X( x,y) &=\lambda _{1}x+\sum_{i+j\geq 2}c_{ij}x^{i}y^{j}, \\ Y( x,y) &=\lambda _{2}y+\sum_{i+j\geq 2}d_{ij}x^{i}y^{j},\end{aligned} \] in the case of \(\lambda _{1}=\lambda _{2}=1\). The main result is obtained using some results from \textit{T. Kimura} [Funkc. Ekvacioj 14, 213--232 (1971; Zbl 0255.34005)] and \textit{M. Suzuki} [Southeast Asian Bull. Math. 24, No.~1, 85--94 (2000; Zbl 0979.39013)]. The case when \(|\lambda _{1}| \neq 1\) and \(|\lambda _{2}| \neq 1\) was studied by the author [Aequationes Math. 74, No.~1--2, 7--25 (2007; Zbl 1130.39020)] and [Ann. Mat. Pura Appl., IV. Ser. 187, No.~2, 353--368 (2008; Zbl 1139.39002)].
