A model of the immune response to inflammation processes is proposed and its efficiency is studied numerically. This hybrid type model consists of PDE-chemotaxis part describing diffusion and reaction, discrete stochastic simulation of movement of leukocytes and bacteria, and computation of biochemical transformations.
