Let \(G = U(n,n)\) denote even unitary group over a quadratic Galois extension \(E\) of a non-archimedean local field \(F\) of characteristic different than two. Let \(P\) denote a Siegel parabolic subgroup of \(G\) and let \(L \cong \mathrm{GL}_n(E)\) stand for its Levi factor. In the paper under the review, using the Hecke algebra methods, the author determines when the parabolically induced representation \(i^G_P (\pi)\) reduces, for a smooth irreducible supercuspidal depth zero representation \(\pi\) of \(L\).
