The author proves the following theorem. Let \(\mathrm{Sz}(q) \leq G \leq \mathrm{Aut}(\mathrm{Sz}(q))\) with \(q = 2^{2e+1}\), where \(e\) is a positive integer and where \(\mathrm{Sz}(q)\) is the Suzuki group defined over a finite field of cardinality \(q\). Then, the rank of any chiral polytope having \(G\) as automorphism group is \(3\).
