Dual characterizations of set containments involving uncertain polyhedral sets in Banach spaces with applications (Q2661520)

This article studies the containment problem of a polyhedral set in a Banach space. The first two sections present the background definitions and preliminary results on set containment problems and dual characterizations, followed by a presentation of the dual characterization of set containments defined by lower semicontinuous and sublinear functions. In the fourth section, a characterization of robust polyhedral containments is defined. Several useful propositions and theorems are presented with proof, and an application of the proposed characterization is provided for the derivation of Lagrange multipliers for robust uncertain linear programming problems.
