Let \(G\) be a finite group and \(p\) be a prime dividing the order of \(G\). A celebrated theorem of Frobenius states that the order of a Sylow \(p\)-subgroup \(P\) of \(G\) is a factor of the order of the set \(\mathcal{U}_p(G)\) of \(p\)-elements of \(G\). Hence the quotient \(\frac{|\mathcal{U}_p(G)|}{|P|}\) is a positive integer which is called the \(p\)-Frobenius ratio of \(G\). In this nice paper, the author conjectures a lower bound on the \(p\)-Frobenius ratio of \(G\) and prove that the conjecture is true if \(G\) is \(p\)-solvable. Moreover, the author prove that the conjecture is true in its generality if a somewhat similar condition holds for every almost simple group.
