A natural extension of the Ricci tensor of a Riemannian manifold \((M, g)\) is the \(m\)-Bakry-Émery Ricci tensor \(\mathrm{Ric} ^m\) with \(0<m\leq \infty \). A new generalization was introduced recently in the form \(\mathrm{Ric}^m_X\) with an arbitrary vector field \(X\) on \(M\). Hence, \((M, g)\) is called \(m\)-\textit{quasi-Einstein} if \(\mathrm{Ric}^m_X\) is a constant multiple of \(g\). The main result of this paper is Theorem 1.2: Every solvable quadratic Lie group \(G(n)\) admits infinitely many non-equivalent non-trivial \(m\)-quasi-Einstein metrics for finite \(m\).
