      In this paper, the authors considered the following system \[ n_t+u\cdot\nabla n=\nabla\cdot(\gamma(c)\nabla n-n\phi(c)\nabla c),\quad x\in\Omega, t>0, \] \[ c_t+u\cdot\nabla c=d\Delta c+n-c,\quad x\in\Omega, t>0, \] \[ u_t+\kappa(u\cdot\nabla)u=\Delta u+\nabla P+n\nabla\phi,\quad x\in\Omega, t>0, \] \[ \nabla\cdot u=0,\quad x\in\Omega,t>0 \] in a bounded domain \(\Omega\subset\mathbb{R}^N\), \(N=2,3\), with smooth boundary. The major technical difficulty in the analysis is the possible degeneracy of diffusion. Assume that \(N = 2\), \(\kappa \not=0\) or \(N = 3\), \(\kappa= 0\). Then for all reasonably regular initial data, an associated no-flux type initial boundary value problem as above admits a global classical solution when \(\gamma(c)\) and \(\phi(c)\) satisfied some suitable conditions.
