Unlike the usual flag manifolds, the flag supermanifolds are not rigid in general. In [\textit{A. L. Onishchik}, Ann. Global Anal. Geom. 11, No. 4, 361--372 (1993; Zbl 0864.58002)] it is proved that a supergrassmannian \(\mathrm{Gr}_{k|l,m|n}\) is rigid if \[ 0 < k < m, 0 < l < n, \] \[ \begin{split} (k,l)\neq (1,n-1),(m-1,1),(1,n-2),\\ (m-2,1),(2,n-1),(m-1,2). \end{split} \] This condition is obtained by looking at the first cohomology with values in tangent sheaf. The triviality shows the rigidity of supergrassmannians under this condition. In this paper, using this result and the fact that a supermanifold of flags of length \(n\) is a superbundle with base space a supergrassmannian and fiber a flag supermanifold of length \(n-1\) the following condition is obtained for flag super manifolds. Computing the 1st cohomology with values in the tangent sheaf of a flag supermanifold of dimension \(n|m\), their triviality is proved under the following conditions \[ 0<k_r<\cdots<k_1<k_0=m, \quad 0<l_r<\cdots<l_1<l_0=n, \] \[ \begin{split} (k_r,l_r)\neq(1,l_{r-1}-1),(k_{r-1}-1,1),(1,l_{r-1}-2),\\ (k_{r-1}-2,1),(2,l_{r-1}-1),(k_{r-1}-1,2). \end{split} \] Therefore by [\textit{A. Yu. Vaĭntrob}, J. Sov. Math. 51, No. 1, 2140--2188 (1988; Zbl 0736.58003); translation from Itogi Nauki Tekh., Ser. Sovrem. Probl. Mat., Noveĭshie Dostizh. 32, 125--211 (1988)] a flag manifold under this condition is rigid.
