If some finite-dimensional Lie algebra \(\mathfrak{g}\) is at hand one can easily equip the algebra of smooth functions \(\mathcal{F}(\mathfrak{g}^*)\) on \(\mathfrak{g}^*\) with a Lie-Poisson structure \(\{\cdot , \cdot\}\). Then, by defining a coproduct map \(\Delta\) : \(\mathcal{F}(\mathfrak{g}^*) \rightarrow \) \(\mathcal{F}(\mathfrak{g}^*) \times \mathcal{F}(\mathfrak{g}^*) \) this algebra can be endowed with a Poisson coalgebra structure. One of the advantages of this approach is the fact that if one starts with a Liouville integrable system then the coproduct map allows one to extend this system to an integrable system on \(n\) copies of \(\mathcal{F}(\mathfrak{g}^*)\), where \(n\) is an arbitrary positive integer. This scheme is applied to some specific cases of the classical Rössler and Lorenz systems and their deformations.
