This study is centered around the \(1\)-dimensional ordinary differential equation modeling the drug concentration of a one-compartment pharmacokinetic model with sigmoidal Hill elimination. A closed form solution is developed in the sense that it is reduced to a transcendent multi-valued implicit function \(H\) open to analytic investigation and numerical calculation. This is analogue to what has been done previously for the Michaelis-Menten case (Hill coefficient \(1\)) where the predecessor of \(H\) is the Lambert \(W\) function. The applications are directed towards bolus administration of the drug (e.g., one or more shots) and observe the sensitivity of clearance, elimination half-life and drug exposure to the Hill coefficient.
