Relative genericity of controllablity and stabilizability for differential-algebraic systems (Q2683499)

A class of linear autonomous differential-algebraic equations is considered. The concept of relative genericity is introduced, a topological characterization of relative generic sets is given and some properties of relative generic sets are presented. The main results are characterizations of relative genericity of different controllability concepts (freely initializable, impulse controllable, behavioural controllable, completely controllable and strongly controllable systems) as well as of different stabilizability concepts (completely stabilizable, strongly stabilizable and behavioral stabilizable systems) in suitable reference sets.
