Considered are Lip 1 functions and their Fourier expansions with respect to general orthonormal systems. On the one hand, sufficient conditions for such functions are obtained under which the Fourier series with respect to the given orthonormal system converges unconditionally. The sharpness of the obtained conditions is also discussed. Of course, this is not the case for an arbitrary Lip 1 function. Therefore, on the other hand, it is proved that from each orthonormal system, a subsequence can be extracted with respect to which the Fourier series of every Lip 1 function converges unconditionally.
