A further study on left and right inverse eigenvalue problem of semipositive subdefinite matrices (English)

This paper deals with a kind of left and right inverse eigenvalue problem for the so-called semi-positive subdefinite matrices. A criterion for the semi-positive subdefiniteness of a \(3\times 3\) block-matrix is presented. Applying this criterion, the general expression of the solution of the left and right inverse eigenvalue problem is obtained by using the generalized singular value decomposition.
