A new iteration procedure is introduced which yields a solution of the integral equation NEWLINE\[NEWLINEH(t)=1+\lambda H(t)\int^1_0 K(t,s) H(s) \psi(s)ds.NEWLINE\]NEWLINE Unlike earlier works, this procedure does not require positivity assumptions on \(\psi\) and does not put any restrictions on \(\lambda\), which is a real or complex number.
