Enabling computations for link invariants coming from the Yokonuma-Hecke algebras (English)

The paper under review provides an algorithm for computation of invariants of classical links arising from Yokonuma-Hecke algebras. The algorithm consists of four parts and the paper contains a detailed description of each part of this algorithm. Computer implementation of this algorithm provides computational evidence that the invariants which the algorithm computes are not topologically equivalent to the HOMFLYPT polynomial.
