The authors extend to \(k\)-cosymplectic field theories the Hamilton-Jacobi formalism, which has been successful in classical mechanics. Their approach ``is based on a method developed by \textit{J. F. Cariñena} et al. [Int. J. Geom. Methods Mod. Phys. 3, No. 7, 1417--1458 (2006; Zbl 1158.70007); ibid. 7, No. 3, 431--454 (2010; Zbl 1337.70038)] for classical mechanics''.NEWLINENEWLINEIn this framework, the dynamics associated with a Hamiltonian function is interpreted as a suitable family of vector fields.
