In [Pure Appl. Math. Q. 6, No. 3, 725--753 (2010; Zbl 1214.32010)], the authors proved the existence of Levi-flat hypersurfaces \(M\) in \(\mathbb{C}^n\) (\(n\geq{3})\) with a prescribed boundary \(S\). The boundary has to satisfy some necessary compatibility conditions; moreover, the ellipticity of its complex points and the absence of complex subvarieties is required. The solution is unique, but can be, in general, non smooth. Here it is shown that the solution is indeed smooth when \(S\) is also the graph of a smooth function defined on the boundary of a strongly pseudoconvex domain in \(\mathbb{C}^{n-1}\).
