In the present paper the so-called ring \(Q\)-mappings \(f:D\rightarrow \overline{{\mathbb R}^n}\) which are natural generalizations of quasiregular mappings are considered. It is proved that the inner dilatation \(K_I(x,f)\) of an open discrete mapping of the above type with \(J(x,f)\neq 0\) a. e. can be majorized by the function \(Q(x)\) up to some multiplicative constant depending only on dimension \(n\) of the space. It follows from the above statement that the linear dilatation \(H(x,f)\) has a similar estimate, too. Another consequence states that under the given condition on \(f\), the inner dilatation \(K_I(x,f)\) and a linear dilatation \(H(x,f)\) are locally integrable. The obtained results are applicable to various classes of space mappings.
