Let \(\rho\) be a holomorphic linear action of the \(r\)-dimensional torus on \({\mathbb C}^n\) such that the only \(\rho\)-invariant holomorphic functions are constants. A domain \(D\subset {\mathbb C}^n\) is called quasi-Reinhardt domain of rank \(r\) with respect to \(\rho\) if it is \(\rho\)-invariant. It is shown that all biholomorphisms between two bounded quasi-Reinhardt domains fixing the origin are polynomial mappings of controlled degree, which is a generalization of the classical Cartan's linearity theorem for circular domains.
