Let \(D\) be a bounded domain in \({\mathbb C}^n\) containing the origin, assumed to be quasi-circular. This means that \(D\) is invariant under the mappings \[ (z_1,\ldots ,z_n)\mapsto \big(e^{im_1 \theta }z_1,\ldots ,e^{im_n\theta } z_n\big), \] for positive integers \(m_i\). Let \(f\) be an automorphism of \(D\) fixing the origin. It has been shown by \textit{W. Kaup} [Manuscr. Math. 3, 257--270 (1970; Zbl 0202.36504)] that \(f\) is a polynomial: \(f=(f_1,\ldots ,f_n)\) where the \(f_i\) are polynomials. The author provide a bound for the degree of the polynomials \(f_i\): the degree of \(f_i\) is less or equal to the \(i\)-th quasi-resonance order.
