The Navier-Stokes system with Coriolis forces driven by space-time white noise is studied on the two-dimensional torus. This is a simplified model of geophysical flows. The main result is that the Gaussian measure induced by the enstrophy is infinitesimally invariant for the associated Kolmogorov operator on finitely based cylindrical test functions. For sufficiently large viscosity this operator is unique with respect to the enstrophy measure.
