Affine metrics of locally strictly convex surfaces in affine 4-space (Q303980)

The authors define a kind of metric for locally strictly convex surfaces in affine 4-space. Using this kind of metric the authors study the symmetric and antisymmetric equiaffine planes, hyperquadric, etc. and obtain some conclusions. For the surfaces in affine 4-space, there are many ways to define the metrics.
