The authors consider a mixed doubly eigenvalue boundary value problem \[ \begin{aligned} &-(pu')'+qu=\lambda f(x,u)+\mu g(x,u)+h(u), \;\;x\in(a, b),\\ &u(a)=u'(b)=0, \end{aligned} \] where \(p,q\in L^\infty([a,b])\) satisfy \[ p_0:=\text{ess\;inf}_{x\in [a,b]}p(x)>0,\qquad q_0:=\text{ess\;inf}_{x\in [a,b]}q(x)\geq 0, \] \(\lambda\) is a positive, \(\mu\) a nonnegative parameter. \(f,g\) are \(L^1\)-Carathéodory functions and \(h\) is a Lipschitz continuous function. Under some conditions, they obtain the existence of infinitely many weak solutions for the above problem. The main tool is the variational method.
