The notion of a Blaschke-Minkowski homomorphism was introduced in [\textit{E.~Schuster}, Mathematika 53, No. 2, 211--234 (2006; Zbl 1129.52002)] as the axiomatization of basic properties of projection bodies: it is a continuous SO(L)-invariant endomorphism of the set of convex bodies in a Euclidean space L that transforms the Blaschke addition of convex bodies into the Minkowski addition. Similarly, the notion of a radial Blaschke-Minkowski homomorphism is the axiomatization of the respective properties of intersection bodies. Geometry of projection and intersection bodies can be, to a large extent, generalized to Blaschke-Minkowski homomorphisms. In the present paper, the isoperimetric and Brunn-Minkowski type inequalities for intersection bodies (see [the author and \textit{G. Leng}, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 301, No. 1, 115--123 (2005; Zbl 1065.52006); Proc. Indian Acad. Sci., Math. Sci. 115, No. 1, 79--91 (2005; Zbl 1077.52008)], respectively) are generalized to the context of radial Blaschke-Minkowski homomorphisms. See also a closely related recent paper by the same author [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 141, No. 2, 667--676 (2013; Zbl 1279.52011)].
