Some results on random operators and accretive operators (Q388633)

In the paper under review, random operators in Polish spaces are considered. Under some special assumptions of Kannan type, the authors prove the existence of a common random fixed point of two random continuous operators on a Polish space. Also, some generalizations of accretive operators in a so-called Menger's 2-probabilistic normed space (briefly, 2-PN space) and their properties are presented. Such type of results are interesting in the theory of probabilistic functional analysis and may have applications in the construction of probabilistic models in applied problems.
