Following the notation of the paper under review, we name a pair \((X_{\text{og}}, \left\langle\sigma_{\text{og }}\right\rangle)\) of a \(K3\) surface \(X_{\text{og}} : y^2=x^3+t^2x+t^{11}\) and an automorphism group defined by \(\sigma_{\text{og }} : (x,y,t) \mapsto (\zeta_{32}^{18}x, \zeta_{32}^{11}y, \zeta_{32}^{2}t)\) \textit{Oguiso's \(K3\) surface}. The pair \((X_{\text{og}}, \left\langle\sigma_{\text{og }}\right\rangle)\) was introduced by Oguiso in the context of a study of the global index of \(\mathbb{Q}\)-Calabi-Yau \(3\)-folds. It is known that \(\sigma_{\text{og }}\) is a non-symplectic and of order \(32\), and the action of \(\sigma_{\text{og }}^*\) on the Néron-Severi lattice of \(X_{\text{og}}\) is an involution. The main theorem of the paper is that any \(K3\) surface \(X\) admitting a non-symplectic automorphism group \(\left\langle \sigma \right\rangle\) of order \(32\) is isomorphic to \((X_{\text{og}}, \left\langle\sigma_{\text{og }}\right\rangle)\). The Néron-Severi lattice of \(X\) is a lattice \(U\oplus D_4\) of rank \(6\), and the fixed locus \(X^\sigma\) consists of six points. By showing that \(X\) admits a Jacobian fibration with sixteen singular fibres of type \(I_1\), one \(I_0^*\), and one \(II\), the Weierstrass equation for \(X\) and expression of \(\sigma\) are given, and it is isomorphic to \((X_{\text{og}}, \left\langle\sigma_{\text{og }}\right\rangle)\).
