One of the main areas of research in the study of hyperplane arrangements is the connection between the topology of an arrangement and its combinatorics. For line arrangements, this research takes the form of looking for Zariski pairs: arrangements that are lattice isomorphic, but with non-isomorphic fundamental groups of the complements of the arrangements. Continuing the work of classifying line arrangements by the number of lines in the arrangement [\textit{D. Garber, M. Teicher} and \textit{U. Vishne}, Topology 42, No. 1, 265--289 (2003; Zbl 1074.14050); \textit{K.-M. Fan}, Mich. Math. J. 44, No. 2, 283--291 (1997; Zbl 0911.14007); \textit{Fei Ye}, Pac. J. Math. 265, No. 1, 243--256 (2013; Zbl 1278.14068); \textit{S. Nazir} and \textit{M. Yoshinaga}, Ann. Sc. Norm. Super. Pisa, Cl. Sci. (5) 11, No. 4, 921--937 (2012; Zbl 1432.52036)], the authors give a detailed classification of the moduli spaces of arrangements consisting of 10 lines with at least one quadruple point. The research is carried out by examining possible cases for the remaining intersection points of the lines and theorems from Nazir and Yoshinaga [loc. cit.] on the reducibility of the moduli space of arrangements. While the authors do not find a Zariski pair with 10 lines, the work presented here classifies the exact arrangements of 10 lines with reducible moduli spaces. Thereby, providing a map of where to look for pairs. Additionally, the authors provide defining equations for the arrangements with reducible moduli spaces.
