    The author presents a construction of a \(G^1\) continuous Hermite rational spline motion of degree 6. This motion interpolates 3 positions and 3 derivative data at every rational segment. First, a rotational part of the motion is constructed and then the translational part is added. An explicit solution of nonlinear equations that determine the rotational part of the motion is derived. Numerical examples show that the obtained motions have nice shapes.
