Loomi's theorem that gives spectral conditions under which a function is almost periodic and the Tauberian theorem given by Ingham, are intrinsic motivation to write this paper, where the asymptotic behaviour of certain locally integrable functions with regard to a complex Banach space is studied. Particularly, a Beurling spectra is reduced relative to certain function spaces. It is also proved that Tauberian theorems for Laplace transforms follow from reduced spectra. The functions used in proving the main results are of the space of absolutely regular distributions.
