The functional differential equation \(\dot{x}(t) = f(t, x_t)\) is considered, where \(f: \mathbb{R}^+ \times C((-\infty, 0], \mathbb{R}^n) \to \mathbb{R}^n\) or \(f: \mathbb{R}^+ \times B \to \mathbb{R}^n\) for some real vector space \(B\) of functions from \((-\infty, 0]\) to \(\mathbb{R}^n\) with some bound. With the introduction of Carathéodory type condition, the above equation covers a broad class of systems and \(f\) can be restricted to a compact function space so that limiting equations can be constructed. Then, using the construction of admissible spaces with fading memory, constructive results are obtained for the above equation.
