The authors study 3D transonic shock of the ideal polytropic gas in a conic nozzle from the point of view of uniqueness, assuming that the variable end pressure of the diverging part lies in the appropriate scope. The flow is described by the Euler system. The authors establish monotonicity of the shock's position with respect to the end pressure. Thus no a priori assumption about shock's position is made. The uniqueness of the shock is proven.
