Let \(\mathcal M(r, n)\) be the moduli space of framed torsion free sheaves on \(\mathbb P^2\) with rank \(r\) and second Chern class \(n\). There is a natural action of the \((r+2)\)-dimensional complex torus \(T=(\mathbb C^*)^{r+2}\) on \(\mathcal M(r, n)\). More information about moduli spaces \(\mathcal M(r, n)\) can be found in [\textit{H. Nakajima}, Lectures on Hilbert schemes of points on surfaces. University Lecture Series. 18.
