This is a continuation of the authors' previous work [Chin. Ann. Math., Ser. B 18, No. 2, 181-190 (1997; Zbl 0873.42010)]. For \(j= 1,2,\dots,k\), let \[ R_{m_j}(A_j, x,y)= A_j(x)- \sum_{|\alpha|< m_j} {D^\alpha A_j(y)\over \alpha!} (x- y)^\alpha, \] \[ Tf(x)= T_{A_1,\dots,A_k}f(x)= \text{p.v. }\int_{\mathbb{R}^n} e^{iP(x,y)} {\Omega(x- y)\over| x- y|^{n+ M-k}} \prod^k_{j= 1} R_{m_j}(A_j; x,y) f(y) dy, \] where \(m_j\)'s are positive integers; \(M\) is the sum of all \(m_j\)'s; \(P(x,y)\) is a polynomial in \(x\) and \(y\); \(A_j(x)\) is a function satisfying \(D^\alpha A_j\in\text{BMO}(\mathbb{R}^n)\) for all multi-indices \(\alpha\) with \(|\alpha|= m_j-1\); \(\Omega\) is a function with homogeneous degree \(0\) and satisfies a \(\text{Lip}_\alpha\) condition on the unit sphere \(S^{n-1}\) and the cancellation condition \(\int_{S^{n-1}} \Omega(x)x^\nu dx= 0\), \(|\nu|\leq M-k\). The authors prove that for any \(1<p<\infty\), \[ (Tf)^{\#}_E(x)\leq C \prod^k_{j=1} \Biggl( \sum_{|\alpha|= m_j-1}\| D^\alpha A_j\|_{\text{BMO}}\Biggr) M_pf(x), \] \[ \| Tf\|_p\leq C \prod^k_{j=1} \Biggl( \sum_{|\alpha|= m_j-1}\| D^\alpha A_j\|_{\text{BMO}}\Biggr) \| f\|_p, \] where \(M\) is the Hardy-Littlewood maximal function, \(M_pf= [M(| f|^p)]^{1/p}\), \(C\) is a constant depending only on \(n\), \(p\), and \(\text{deg}(P)\).
