Dynamic Morse decompositions for semigroups of homeomorphisms and control systems (Q437077)

Let \(M\) be a compact Hausdorff space and let \(S\) be a sub-semigroup of the group of homeomorphisms of \(M\). The authors define dynamic Morse decompositions for the semigroup action of \(S\) on \(M\), and they show that these coincide with the Morse decompositions introduced in [the authors, J. Dyn. Differ. Equations 22, No. 4, 723--740 (2010; Zbl 1209.37013)]. They also define and investigate Morse decompositions and dynamic Morse decompositions for control systems on manifolds.
