A distribution \(f\in S' (\mathbb{R}^d)\) with \(2\leq d \in \mathbb{N}\) is called radial if \(f( \phi\circ g) = f (\phi)\) for any \(\phi \in S(\mathbb{R}^d)\) and any \(g \in SO(d)\) (the group of rotations around the origin). Let \(\dot{A}^s_{p,q} (\mathbb{R}^d)\) be the nowadays well-known scales of the homogeneous function spaces on \(\mathbb{R}^d\), where either \(A=B\) or \(A=F\). Then the radial subspace \(R \dot{A}^s_{p,q} (\mathbb{R}^d)\) of \(\dot{A}^s_{p,q} (\mathbb{R}^d)\) (some care about the usual ambiguity modulo polynomials is needed) collects all radial \(f\in \dot{A}^s_{p,q} (\mathbb{R}^d)\). If \(0<p<\infty\), \(s > d \big( \max (1/p, 1) -1 \big)\) and, in addition, \(1/p <s< d/p\), then \[ |x|^{\frac{d}{p} -s} |g(x)| \leq c \, \| g \, | \dot{B}^s_{p,\infty} (\mathbb{R}^d) \| \] for all \(g \in R\dot{B}^s_{p,\infty} (\mathbb{R}^d) \cap L_{t, \infty} (\mathbb{R}^d)\) where \(\frac{d}{p} - s = \frac{d}{t}\), hence the same differential dimensions (Main Theorem, Theorem 1). The indicated decay is sharp. There are further assertions of this type for \(R \dot{B}^s_{p,q} (\mathbb{R}^d)\), \(\mathbb{R}\dot{F}^s_{p,q} (\mathbb{R}^d)\) and the radial Sobolev spaces \(R\dot{H}^s_p (\mathbb{R}^d)\). In addition, the authors study compact embeddings between related radial spaces. For Part I see [the authors and \textit{J. Vybiral}, Commun. Contemp. Math. 14, No. 1, 1250005, 60 p.
